Multiplex Immunohistochemistry
多色熒光免疫組化(mIHC)是基于酪胺信號(hào)放大( Tyramide Signal Amplification,TSA)技術(shù),利用抗原抗體反應(yīng)對(duì)樣本中多種標(biāo)志物(可實(shí)現(xiàn)一張切片同時(shí)標(biāo)記6種蛋白分子)進(jìn)行同時(shí)染色標(biāo)記,實(shí)現(xiàn)在同一組織切片樣本上對(duì)多個(gè)靶標(biāo)進(jìn)行區(qū)別標(biāo)記,進(jìn)而分析組織微環(huán)境中蘊(yùn)含的復(fù)雜信息。并研究它們之間的共定位、表達(dá)量和距離關(guān)系。
